Ertugrul AVCI, in his business life of more than 30 years, worked as a senior manager in the leading companies of Türkiye, responsible for the restructuring processes of companies and departments.

Ertugrul has made serious improvements and developments for the companies he works with to play a competitive and active role in their sectors. Among Ertugrul’s experiences, he plays an active role as a Company Employer Representative in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations with the Union.

In the multinational and international companies he has worked with; Ertugrul, who enabled my departments to have a more effective structure by taking a role as a researcher, innovator, team player and creating opportunity, played an important role in arranging relations between departments and structuring business management within a team understanding.

Ertugrul is also an SMMM Licensee for more than 15 years, T.C. He has an Independent Audit License, while he continues to work as a Forensic Expert in the fields of Companies Profit / Loss Analysis, Contracts and Obligations Analysis, Accounting, Taxes, Financial Liabilities, Taxation of Stock Exchange and Capital Market Instruments, Public Finance as a Forensic Expert under the Ministry of Justice. Ertugrul, who is a Beşiktaş Congress Member, has memberships to DEİK, İTO and Sectoral Unions and Associations regarding the companies he manages.
